Deposit Policies: To secure your appointment, we require a $40 booking fee for all full set of lash extensions sets and a $25 deposit for all other services (excluding recurring lash refills).If you cancel your appointment before 48 hours your deposit will be fully refunded. When you book with us, you can conveniently pay your booking fee through the secure link that we will send you, or the value will be deducted from the card on file. If you cannot provide a card, you may send the fee via Venmo to @ILOVEBEAUTYLOWELL Alternatively, you're welcome to walk in; however, please be aware that we cannot guarantee immediate availability. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies: We kindly request 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours will incur a $25 fee. For cancelling, reschedule within 24 hours or no call/no show, a $40 fee will be applied. Please note that rescheduling will be on hold until any outstanding cancellation fees are paid. Lash Extensions Policies: If you wish to change the style of your lashes, for example, switching from classic to hybrid or hybrid to volume, we charge a one-time fee of $35, unless you have received 5 refills of the original style. In this case, upgrading your style will be complimentary. For foreign fills, we charge a one-time $35 fee in addition to the lash refill price. We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're unhappy with your lashes after your appointment, please notify us within 48 hours so we can schedule a complimentary correction appointment. Corrections requested after 48 hours will be treated as a quick fill and charged accordingly. All recurrent lash clients are required to keep a card on file. Microblading Policies: Microblading or powder brow appointments require a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of booking. Clients who cancel due to a medical reason will not incur any additional fees. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled a second time, your deposit will be forfeited. I Love Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our discretion. Due to the time and products invested in each service, we do not offer refunds.
